CCJs and Defaults

When you receive notification of a County Court Judgement, you will have 1 months notice in which to pay the amount in full, after which the CCJ will become registered with the Register of County Court Judgements.

Once the CCJ is registered, it will remain on your credit record for six years, even if you pay it in full within the next six years.

If you allow a CCJ to be registered against you then this can affect your future credit history.

However, at Mortgage Sense we can assist you, as we specialise in this area, whether you have one CCJ or many registered against you.

At Mortgage Sense we pride ourselves as being one of the most competitively priced brokers operating in this sector today.
