Therefore they where not hopeful when they contacted Mortgage Sense, however half an hour later we had arranged a mortgage in principle for them, which allowed us to advance them £130,000 at a rate of 5.49% fixed for 3 years at an initial cost of £737 per month on a repayment basis over a 30 year term.

This mortgage allowed them to purchase their dream house, and buy additional furnishings to decorate their new house, at a cost equivalent to their previous rental payments.
